We had a very positive experience ordering from Pierce Furniture, especially with Cheryl's help. I called her from our 2nd home on the West Coast and said we were looking for a mid-June delivery in Conway, NH. No problem. We purchased the Polywood 7 piece dining set for outdoors in grey and it is gorgeous!! Cheryl!!! Cheryl is amazing. She's professional, helpful, and spent time helping me decide between 3 very different options. This is my 2nd purchase from Pierce and with Cheryl. My purchases were probably small compared to many other, but the quality of the products are worth saving for something special. So, why the 1 star? The owner is dismissive of customers and his staff alike. One of his employees asked him a question in order to assist a customer. He made zero eye contact and appeared frustrated and put out. A good size showroom with very nice high-end furniture. We purchased our leather couch from here almost 30 years ago.
Pierce Furniture is the real deal - great, knowledgeable staff and an incredible selection of beautifully made furniture. Ordered a dresser and will be returning for a rug.
