I have been experiencing thumb pain and movement issues for years after an injury leading to trigger finger. My thumb was bent, and would admit nerve sensations. I am so grateful that a friend recommended TJ’s massage therapy! I had been to both a chiropractor and a doctor. They were helpful but could only help me so far and my back pain continued to keep me from sleeping well and returning to normal living. In my first visit with TJ, he was able to pinpoint the exact cause and then administer a treatment. He also gave me some exercises to do. I started seeing TJ about two months ago and in this period I have noticed significant improvement with pain in my neck, shoulders and hands caused by C4-5 and C5-6 issues. The ELODA exercises/stretches made a huge difference with my neck, hands and fingers pain. He is very knowledgeable and changes exercises/stretches to address the issue. I highly recommend TJ to anyone needing relief from chronic pain.
