TJ Pierce worked tirelessly to figure out the origin of my son’s back pain, and provided detailed instruction, care and help to get him better and back out on the field. He listened, thought out of the box and provided fantastic follow up.
I've enlisted TJ as a personal trainer. I couldn't be happier. TJ has consummate knowledge of anatomy and physiology which inform his choice of exercises for specific problems and to accomplish goals.
