TJ is a wealth of knowledge with the human body and I would also call a “movement whisperer”. I have been a competitive athlete for many years. I have scoliosis and 35 years ago was hit by a car while running, which resulted in my scoliosis worsening. Working with TJ is a game-changer for my health and body alignment. Rather than treating a single symptom, he considers the entire body as a connected system. He uses ELDOA, targeted bodywork and structural realignment to empower me and my body to heal, adapt and grow stronger. My goal is to improve my HealthSpan and TJ is an integral part of this journey!
TJ has been a HUGE help to my 15 year old son and his posture issues. My son did personal training sessions with him. We saw significant results after only 4 sessions. My husband, who was skeptical, has been really impressed with how much better my son's posture is in a short amount of time. I'm looking at booking a session for my daughter soon. An amazing and comprehensive evaluation! I came in with a frozen shoulder and TJ made miracles happen. TJ was very professional, knowable and caring. Videoing my exercises were very helpful. I am a visual learner, so having that explanation on hand has motivated me to do my exercises. 5* care. Looking forward to brining my daughter next!
TJ has been wonderful! He was recommended to me by a friend and he is now seeing my daughter for some neck issues due to a car accident and years in sports. I’m seeing him as well for my spine. He is a wealth of knowledge and is more knowledgeable than all of the PTs and doctors I’ve seen for my issue. I have hope now that I may resolve it.
