Highly recommend the massage therapy. TJ does a great job of figuring out what’s causing any issues and finding the best way to fix it. He really understands how the body works together and is always able to pinpoint where the problem is coming from. I always leave feeling amazing and like my body is getting back to where it needs to be.
My grandma has been seeing TJ for a long time and he has helped her so much. I am expecting baby number two and was interested in physical therapy sessions to help with my labor and delivery, so she gifted me sessions with TJ. He is very knowledgeable, makes sure you are comfortable, and shows me new moves to do at home in between sessions.
TJ is very knowledgeable in human anatomy. He has helped me gain progress in my stretching exercises. He’s very encouraging and very charismatic. I recommend him every chance I get.
