Our experience could really not have been worse. We went with Pierce because I like what Robert and Brittani had to say about customer service. But that is not really how they conduct their business. There were so many mistakes made along the way and trying to get them to come and fix their mistakes was has been a chore. From workers drinking on the job, which we have on video, to just very poor workmanship we could not have been more disappointed.

Very poor customer service. I had them come out and reseal my concrete patio out back. The sealer is already coming up, and certain areas are turning white. I have attempted to contact them with no response to my messages.
It was one of the awful customer experiences I had with a construction company. They were very active and responsive initially until the 75% deposit was made and promised the job will be done in 2 days. And then the show begins: Day 1: 3 guys showed up and literally worked for 1 hour in the entire day (I have all the camera recordings). 1 week break: Their dirt guy came after a week of consistent follow ups, and until then work can't commence: totally acceptable. We had Pierce Family Pool Service remodel our pool and backyard. Our deck was falling apart and the plaster needed to be done. We have been extremely happy with the final product and would recommend them to anyone looking for help updating their pool.
