I live under pierce education properties in cayce cove. I just moved out and have been charged for many things that aren’t broken and other things that we had a request into to maintenance the office took to have repaired and are now claiming that we lost. Pool hasn’t been open the entire year and hot tub hasn’t been open since I’ve been there. I live in Pierce Education Properties Cayce Cove Apartments and they do not care about fulfilling their advertised amenities. How can you advertise amenities that are inoperable? I moved in June of 2023, the pool was not open. In 2023 the pool was open a total of 18 days, but it's an amenity that is included in my rent of $2400+ a month. It's also an amenity used to attract potential renters and again it's not usable. Here it is June 20th of 2024 & once again mid summer & no pool to use. Slum lords. Absolutely terrible. East Lansing location has several condemned apartments. Filthy, moldy, no working appliances. Would give zero stars if I could.
