I miss Dr. Chamberlin so much. Her patients always came first. I recommended her to everyone I talked to. I was left several months without a physician and, I did not like Dr. Pierce from day #1. I would never recommend Dr. Pierce to anyone. She has no bedside manner. She doesn't listen to your concerns and lets her tempter show. I had a couple of serious incorrect diagnoses. Very unprofessional.
Dr Pierce took over Dr Chamberlin's patients in 2012. I was off work from Sept to Nov with a neck injury and was trying to get her office staff to return my call for completion of short term disability forms. I ended up calling back and found myself without a doctor in November because she released me and noted on the entire ETSU documentary that I shouldn't be allowed to return as a patient.
Well below expectations for a physician. Family needed to speak with her and she would not return our pages. Condescending beside manner. Does not read patient chart appropriately for medical interaction. I would never allow another family member to be treated by her again.
