Outstanding experience front to back, from online scheduling to front office to the treatment itself to the lab and X-ray teams: professional, efficient, kind, and empathetic. The onboarding was incredible: I recently moved back and was seeking a new GP, and from the time I called for an appointment until I had seen the doctor, and gotten not only labs and x-rays, but test results – from the doctor himself, no less! – was 42 hours. The front office personnel very professional from initial contact. Hannah the back office nurse so friendly and answered any questions I had and Dr. Arnold very professional and made me feel welcome to his practice and answered all questions and reviewed my chart and labs and we discussed the meds i was currently taking and made adjustments as needed.
