I made an appointment to meet a Psychaitrist a month ago, and specifically placed a request for a sign language interpreter. They acknowledged receipt that they will provide a sign language interpreter. They called yesterday at 4:00 pm to confirm my appointment and expected me to bring my own interpreter, which is a clear violation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
