We reached out for assistance and spoke with a wonderful and humble lady named Kathy. She kindly guided us through all the resources available to help my husband as a veteran. Understanding our situation, she scheduled us immediately. We then had the pleasure of meeting Larry, an amazing person who treated us with utmost respect and without judgment. We left their office in tears, overwhelmed by their help and kindness. Thank you, and may you be blessed abundantly.

I went in to get help with food and couldn't get anything at all because I didn't have a copy of my full service record which includes some time in the IRR. I had a copy of my discharge papers but that wasn't good enough so I'm definitely not going back. If you don't have exactly everything they ask for don't even waste your time.
