That’s so cool building 🤩
Beautiful views and public spaces, fast elevators, exquisitely furnished and very comfortable.
Currently (2023) the most beautiful condominium in the area with spectacular views! The rooftop pool is shared with Cortland Rosslyn east and residents can use all the amenities of modern Cortland Rosslyn as well. New developments are coming to Rosslyn but Pierce is simply hard to beat!
Love working here.... Tenants and staff are amazing!
Pretty building. BUT this is one of those places where they don't leave the comfort of their chair. not good neighbors. Literally broken glass outside their building after each trash day- out front and on the side of building all the time and they never sweep it up. if you are walking your dog steer clear of this building because your dog will step on glass shards.
