A tree fell on my house. The gazebo took the brunt of the damage with some damage to the roof. Aami appointed Pierce Building Supplies (PBS) to do the repairs. It took PBS 6 months to get a building permit. 6 months! They took another 2 months to complete the repairs. I had no cooling over a hot summer and was into winter unable to use the heating. I would highly recommend Pierce Building Services. A family member's house was badly damaged in a storm with multiple trades needed to repair it. Josh and his crew at Pierce Building took care of it all. Roof reconstruction, electrical, plastering, painting, plumbing, council permits, engineering reports, soil testing, asbestos removal, mould testing etc everything from top to bottom. Dealing with PBS has been an absolute pleasure. All staff, and contractors I dealt with were always, professional, courteous and thorough. A special thanks to Stefan who coordinated the job in the early days and was always available to answer our concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend PBS.

It has taken Pierce Building Supplies 6 months to get a building permit to repair the damage to my roof. They are quoting another 8-10 weeks to complete the repairs. I have had no cooling over summer and we are now approaching winter and I will not be able to use my heating.
