While we may have never purchased a vehicle from Pierce auto, that has never stopped them from helping us do to their fantastic service and maintenance department led by Brian. I will upfront say, yes their prices may be steep for some but you are paying for OEM Parts, technical knowledge and most importantly a team that works to maintain relations with its customers and ensure that when that vehicle leaves it comes out the same if not in better condition than it went in. Pierce Auto has always been my first choice for any repairs for my vehicle. Shop manager, Brian Ivy, is super knowledgeable about my vehicles He will take the time to go over my vehicles to find the problems I brought them in for. Pierce Auto is reasonable as far as prices, I've never been pressured for things that I don't need and I can't recommend them enough. I would give them more stars if I could.
At Pierce Auto Center the employees in the office and the service center are wonderful!!! The service department always does a phenomenal job with oil changes and work on my vehicle and in a timely manner! The waiting area is comfortable with a charging station and television. They also offer a coffee area where you can get tea, mocha, latte’s, and a light snack. Total service and hospitality in one sitting!!! Thank you to all the ladies in the office and the gentleman and gal in the service center, always a pleasure!!!
Pierce Auto Center provides excellent service and attention to detail. They take excellent care of my families vehicles at a fair price. The also make excellent recommendations for needed service.
They do a great job and continue to put the customer first!!!
