At Pierce Auto Center the employees in the office and the service center are wonderful!!! The service department always does a phenomenal job with oil changes and work on my vehicle and in a timely manner! The waiting area is comfortable with a charging station and television. They also offer a coffee area where you can get tea, mocha, latte’s, and a light snack. Total service and hospitality in one sitting!!! Thank you to all the ladies in the office and the gentleman and gal in the service center, always a pleasure!!!

Pierce Auto Center provides excellent service and attention to detail. They take excellent care of my families vehicles at a fair price. The also make excellent recommendations for needed service.

This review is for a front end alignment that never happened, even after 4 visits to get it done. I made the initial appointment for front end alignment because I hit a pot hole, knocking the alignment out and even causing my steering to go off center. They kept the car for two hours and finally Shawnee came out and said they broke a lug nut and that is what was taking so long.
