It’s been a few years since I have lived in a pierce arrow unit but the horrors still follow me. Before we even moved in, my roommate and her mom went to check it out and it was obvious someone homeless was living there and there was trash and pee everywhere. We lived in a 3 bedroom, and within the first week the ceiling collapsed from water damage. There were huge fans in the unit for months. The worst renting experience ever
Lead based paint that seriously injured a child. Broken washing machines so you can’t clean your garments. Futile AC. Men entering females apartments without notice. Showed up to move in and placed in a hotel for 10 Days. Had a gas leaked that almost killed me and my dog and told to open the windows. Urine drenched, horrifying smell in common areas. Unless you want to live in a horror movie or really hate someone to recommend, stay away from these slum lords. Hands down the worst property managers in RVA.
After 4 years with Pierce Arrow this was our experience: - shared laundry was $2.50 per load and they raised the price for “maintenance” where machines will be broken for months in a rat infested laundry. - Our building and the one next to ours was infested with fleas TWICE. We got emails saying routine pest control would be through our unit.
