The staff at Pierce Arrow have been nothing but disrespectful and avoidant. They have left my front door unlocked and cracked as well as my balcony door wide open after touring my apartment for future tenants. I have a pet and thankfully he is unharmed or lost (which is a miracle). But coming home to my door being left open when I live on my own is truly a horrifying and scary experience. I’m a new resident so everything has been pretty smooth so far.
historical is how they say old as hell. all the appliances are incredibly outdated and if it’s broken don’t count on it to be replaced. they’ll find some cheap fix to keep it in the unit. it’s not the maintenance department’s problem, but more so the company itself. chronic mold problem as well as roaches in the scary basement where they expect you to wash your clothes. if you’re looking to boost to your credit but okay with something a lil rough this might be worth it.
Maintenance Supervisor Anthony Cottrell & Mr.Kenneth Gray was amazing w repainting my tub! Extra shoutout to Anthony for fitting me in earlier than expected due to my situation. Those men are phenomenal! Thanks again!
