My AC has been broken for two years in a row. They gave me ONE window unit last year for my two bedroom apartment and it was regularly well over 80 degrees in my apt. Nothing was done. This summer a very similar situation has repeated (minus the window unit). One traveling repair man was very helpful but other than that nothing has been done. The staff at Pierce Arrow have been nothing but disrespectful and avoidant. They have left my front door unlocked and cracked as well as my balcony door wide open after touring my apartment for future tenants. I have a pet and thankfully he is unharmed or lost (which is a miracle). But coming home to my door being left open when I live on my own is truly a horrifying and scary experience. After the first time leaving my door open, I was only met with a "we are sorry and we had a meeting about it". And then for it to happen A... read more
