UPDATE: They crazy nickel and dimed me, kept me entire deposit + charged me an extra $45 on top of that. When I tried to reason with them BECASUE THEY LITERALLY BROKE TENNANT LAW AND LEFT MY DOOR OPEN TWICE they threatened to send my balance to collections. So now I'm out about $300 because they want to update the apartment they never fixed when I moved in and didn't want to make things right about leaving my apartment open and unlocked while I was out. Worst place i ever lived my ac was broken for almost 3 years before they did anything about it, maintenance take forever to get to anything, I was walked in on naked one time because they straight uo just walked into my room without announcing themselves, they jack prices every year and now I am paying almost 300 dollars for sewer and water charges a month, oh also during the period that I didn't have ac they brought in window units with black mold and it got me deathly sick for almost half a year, honestly I wish I could th... read more
My AC has been broken for two years in a row. They gave me ONE window unit last year for my two bedroom apartment and it was regularly well over 80 degrees in my apt. Nothing was done. This summer a very similar situation has repeated (minus the window unit). One traveling repair man was very helpful but other than that nothing has been done. The staff at Pierce Arrow have been nothing but disrespectful and avoidant. They have left my front door unlocked and cracked as well as my balcony door wide open after touring my apartment for future tenants. I have a pet and thankfully he is unharmed or lost (which is a miracle). But coming home to my door being left open when I live on my own is truly a horrifying and scary experience.
