Been living with pierce arrow for 3 years now. Overall, I enjoy staying with this company. They do regular maintenance and are in the apartments frequently, so keep that in mind. I don’t mind because it means I get fresh hvac filters and pest control, etc. The biggest thing that does bother me is that they don’t tell you specific days they will be visiting so I can never plan when to lock my animals up. P&A was extremely helpful when looking for a property. They took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone and send me pictures of the exact property since I was moving from PA and could not visit on my own. Since moving in in August 2025, maintenance has been prompt to address all requests and staff has been accessible and helpful.
If I could give 1 star, I would.I made an appointment to tour the apartment a couple of days ago, here I am and no one showed up.I called the number from the receiving confirmation text and it's disconnected. I called the number on the sign and a guy answers sounding confused.He said she just left 5 minutes ago.She hasn't called and I have to be at work so I can't wait around for her to show it when she feels like it.This is a horrible , first impression and unprofessional at the least.
If i could give it zero stars, I would. 421 N ARTHUR ASHE IS MICE GALORE! And nothing is being done about it. While only one mouse is pictured, the fact that it has the audacity to be staring back at me is very telling of the issue at hand. My boyfriend has been living here for a few months, and they’ve sent someone once to “fix” the pest problem. We found droppings behind the fridge. So many holes all over the apartment. I put in a maintenance request after my bedroom window fell out during a storm in September. I'm writing this on January 3rd, nearly four months later, but still no window repair. I covered it with a tarp, as far as I know the landlord hasn't sent anybody in at all. I've gone most of the winter with a tarp covering a 3' x 3' hole in the wall, trying not to use the heat because it just goes out the window.
