My wife and I lived at Pier View, building 145, in a two bedroom for 10 years. Pier View is in a nice location on Daniel Island. There are elevators which is nice, but because there are elevators the condos seem to attract more seniors. The Pier View condos are only a few blocks from the Wando River. One of our favorite things about Daniel Island is the large assortment of bike trails. Overall it was a nice place to live. Lee John Bell
