My daughters hummer broke down and since my husbands passing I had no idea what was going on. They took care of my daughter Ashley who lives in Boston (I live in NJ) like she was their own child. They explained everything to us through the whole process. I had the truck worked on 3 weeks prior by a franchise which charged me a thousand dollars and couldn't figure out what was wrong, even though she kept saying it was her transmission - which by the way she was right! Can't say enough about this company!
I have been using Pier Transmission for at least 20 years. They have always been honest with me. I own a service station in Rockport, Ma and depend on them to do my customers transmission overhauls. CANNOT BE TRUSTED - DO NOT TOW YOUR CAR HERE. My car broke down off-hours & I had to make a decision as to where to tow my car to - I made the wrong decision. As it turned out I needed a new radiator for which they quoted me $600+. Having just replaced another radiator on a 2nd family car I knew this repair to be at or around $300.
