Each time I have seen doctor Richard Kam he has been super knowledgeable and caring. Even though he is busy, I have never felt rushed through an appointment. On occasion he has recommended further testing on an issue - something probably unnecessary, but done for my peace of mind. We’ve since moved out of Altona but on the odd occasion I need to see a doctor, this is the place I come to. Thank you
Dr Richard and the practice nurse are both very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
One of their doctors told me I may have a life changing condition when he referred me to a specialist for some tests. The specialist said I was the wrong age group for those symptoms to be linked to the condition he mentioned, and my Brother who is a GP was mortified when I told him. The receptionists are fantastic.
Dr. Metale has a very poor attitude. Rude asian male doctor. Receptionists are lovely ladies.
I shall not be heading to this clinic again! While I have my own GP at another clinic because they are in maribynong and therefor hard to get to and often Don’t have any appointments available I have on occasion been to this clinic instead. Each time I’ve advised this and explained what it is I needed from them on two separate occasions the doctors at this clinic have unnecessarily sent me to the hospital and I have just received an invoice for tests that they should have put through as Medicare.
