One of their doctors told me I may have a life changing condition when he referred me to a specialist for some tests. The specialist said I was the wrong age group for those symptoms to be linked to the condition he mentioned, and my Brother who is a GP was mortified when I told him. The receptionists are fantastic.
Dr. Metale has a very poor attitude. Rude asian male doctor. Receptionists are lovely ladies.
I shall not be heading to this clinic again! While I have my own GP at another clinic because they are in maribynong and therefor hard to get to and often Don’t have any appointments available I have on occasion been to this clinic instead. Each time I’ve advised this and explained what it is I needed from them on two separate occasions the doctors at this clinic have unnecessarily sent me to the hospital and I have just received an invoice for tests that they should have put through as Medicare. Reception staff were very difficult to deal with and provided inconsistent information and ended up wasting everyone's time. Would not recommend.
