I live in one of their properties. They hide behind the property management company they contract with to manage the residential properties. Pier Property Group make decisions with their “commercial space” that affect the residents of the building. Months of loud construction disturbed the residents and now they are trying to take away visitor parking from the residents for their commercial tenants.
