Takes the time to properly diagnose the problem and in my experience with a 3 series E36 BMW identifies the fault with complete accuracy and fixes the issue thoroughly and to a high degree of workmanship. Fixed several issues other mechanics had only partially or incorrectly fixed and at a better price. Put it simply if you want it done properly first time at a reasonable price, there simply isn't a better option.
