Love my doctor's office been there my wholenlife

Very well organized, staff always helpful,courteous.
Extremely unprofessional experience. I tried calling several times to cancel my first appointment. Later, they refused to book me again and suddenly claimed they ‘don’t rebook’ after a missed appointment. Nobody mentioned that policy at any time. How is a patient supposed to follow a policy they were never told about? This feels like arrogant, dismissive behaviour. A medical clinic should not punish patients for emergencies or for their own lack of communication.
Excellent Doctor, informative, very interested in solving a problem, super knowledgeable and compassionate. All the ingredients for a successful doctor. I am fortunate to have him as my Doctor.
