Dr Guy is the best doctor I have ever had. He’s kind, caring and respectful. Always looking out for my best interest and never dismisses any of my concerns. He genuinely cares about his patients and I’m very blessed to have him as my family doctor.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I tried calling several times to cancel my first appointment. Later, they refused to book me again and suddenly claimed they ‘don’t rebook’ after a missed appointment. Nobody mentioned that policy at any time. How is a patient supposed to follow a policy they were never told about? This feels like arrogant, dismissive behaviour. A medical clinic should not punish patients for emergencies or for their own lack of communication.
