Tried to refill my prescription last week. The new hire was unsure of the schedule so she asked me to call back at a later time. I called again a week later as I'm becoming very low on the prescription with only 1 week left! Unfortunately could not be put in til after the first week of August. They refused to accept a fax from my pharmacy. I've already been through withdrawal from a similar medication due to the same reasons. I start calling when I have 2 weeks left. Dr Guy is the best doctor I have ever had. He’s kind, caring and respectful. Always looking out for my best interest and never dismisses any of my concerns. He genuinely cares about his patients and I’m very blessed to have him as my family doctor.
