Have lived at Pier33 for almost a year. Ideal location-restaurants, coffee shops, concerts all within walking distance. Office personnel in tune with community, active in planning resident events and responsive to resident needs. Walking the Riverwalk is my favorite morning ritual. Couldn’t have picked a better location!
Poorly managed and poorly maintained. The property is dirty throughout, and there’s a clear lack of upkeep. Mold and moisture issues are ongoing, and nothing is done about them despite repeated complaints from residents. Maintenance rarely responds, and the office staff is unhelpful and dismissive. Phone calls and concerns often go unanswered, and there’s no sense of urgency when it comes to resident well-being. Saturday evening my AC went out. I put in a service request assuming Monday it'd be repaired but early afternoon on Sunday Scott the maintenence manager knocked on my door. Sussed the issue and withing 15 or so minutes he had it back on. Super job and response time on a weekend. Then today Josh the office manager knocked and delivered my sportcoat that I left at my friend's the night before containing my phone and wallet. Again super job.
