First off - compliments to the wait staff who were superior in every way! Pretty disappointed in the food…”cajun” dishes were so highly season that the salt was unbearable. Meals had to be sent back to the kitchen. The etouffee was thick, overseasoned and the consistency of jambalaya. The French fried onions on top had been pre-fried and were not fresh, hot or crunchy. Really disappointed with my experience at Pier 101. I called three separate times regarding my order, and when it arrived I only received 2 potatoes and 2 eggs — no sausage or shrimp at all. The portion and quality were nowhere near what I expected, especially for the price. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again.
