I've been shopping at Pier 1 for, literally, decades. I think I bought my first beanbag chair at Pier 1 back in the 70's. This particular Pier One in the LaFrontera Shopping Center is well stocked with interesting and stylish furniture, household goods, glassware, cookware, home decorative accesories, sculptures, wall art and the ladies at Pier 1 will even rotate the tires on your vehicle while you shop. Sad. What was left in the store was over priced. I felt like the original prices were purposely higher than usual, so with the 60 or 50% off, the discount prices were still higher than they would have been at full price. But I have always loved this store and it is sad to see it this way. I wish they weren't closing.
