The store manager is very rude and needs to read coupons before adding words to them. It clearly stated 15% or 20% with a pier 1 credit card not you must use credit to receive either discount. Then claimed my coupon was already used after she had scanned then voided then redid transaction. She needs more training in retail and obviously pier 1 coupons and policies..and of course ended the transaction with I can't wait for this coupon to expire if very confusing..sorry dear it's just confusing to you because your the confused... read more
