RecommendedPier 1 is most classy store to shop .... I love everything.... the staff is remarkable so friendly not pushy and will help out in any way. very very very wonderful place to shop .... I would rate Pier 1 a 10 + hands down 1000%...

Pier 1 is great, Kenosha lacks customer service. I made an EVEN exchange today for a Papasan cushion. Robert cheerfully explained to me that it might cost more because EURIKA! The tax is different in Kenosha than it is on Racine. He charged me 30 cents. This felt incredibly petty to me along with his cheer over the extra charge, I suggested he discount the product by 30 sense thus making it an EVEN exchange to switch cushion colors the very next day. He refused. I will stick with Racine where I don't pay extra for the EXACT ... read more
