Pier 1 appears to have an extremely antiquated computer system. Floor samples that are damaged appear as available inventory, employees cannot apply coupon codes for certain order types, orders cannot be transferred from one store to another (due to system inventory issues) without cancelling and placing the order again...etc. It took me almost an entire day to successfully place a basic order that should have taken maybe 5 minutes. I like their products, but will not be shopping there again until they make improvements.
