I purchased some boxes for my bathroom online in store they couldn’t expedite the delivery. when I received a call that my boxes were delivered to the store I went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it I was there for over an hour, they couldn’t find my boxes so they figured that they had given my boxes to another customer. When I asked what were they going to do about it, the option given to me was a refund or to wait another 2 weeks for the next delivery. HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE!
