Professional, compassionate and take time to understand your pet's needs & thoroughly explains treatment options. They are very capable to handle your large breed dog. I took my cat to see Dr. Ho for oncology. Everything was explained in great detail and the doctor and staff were kind and supportive.

Unprofessional, we just had our cat seen here and did an x-ray sent us to VCA for emergency surgery and never sent the x-ray . I called numerous times no answer 45 minutes before closing time .
