We were comforted by the all the staff. They were patient and understanding . We felt Ranger was handle with great care. We really appreciated how the staff and doctor patiently walked us through the process
Excellent! So compassionate and flexible. The issues was assessed and we had a treatment plan in place. I felt comfortable leaving her and was so happy to see when picking her up staff were so attentive and caring toward her. Entire staff waa amazing! Overall experience was excellent! I think its great that I use pieper in stratford and was easily accommodated at this location.
Easy to make an appointment, short wait, considerate office staff, and Dr. Kimball was very helpful and kind in getting me transfered to the emergency hospital when my cat was very sick
The worst around...... Waited over 2.5 hours to help my bulldog with a nail stuck in her pad . Made daughter and I sit in waiting room for 35 mins with no communication until I said something . The Dr is extremely rude when I did say something . Our appointment was 11 am the dog wasn’t treated till after 1230 …. Stay away at all cost please ….
Not only was it convenient to have an urgent care visit available, but it was also not far away, and the staff were all so helpful! I was in panic mode, and they alleviated my worry by being professional and courteous when we were there. I am so very thankful to them for everything! I am so grateful to everyone who assisted us with this difficult situation. It was hard enough on us to be dealing with it, and they took time to listen and help without any judgment. Thank you so much! the availability and pricing was spot on!
