I don't know where to start. The staff was wonderful. The Dr was an angel. Everything was so great. I had a very bad experience a few years ago at another emergency vet office (I'll be nice and not name them) so I had a lot of anxiety when my girl hurt her paw pretty badly. Excellent care by everyone - they were very good with my anxious dog who was in pain. They all showed their concern for her comfort. I would compliment every person that took care of her, from techs to the person who gave me the medications after the exam. It was a relief to have a local urgent care facility to take her to on a Sunday evening instead of waiting until Monday to contact our regular vet. Will definitely be back again if needed.
The staff at Piper is amazing, always going above and beyond for all of our pets when we need it the most ♥
I brought my cat in yesterday evening for a URI/asthma flare up. The veterinary and technician were wonderful. They were kind and very helpful. However, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I walked in with my cat she acted like we were annoying her by being there. Then when checking out she again was extremely rude. When I asked to use care credit she became annoyed and said "you know this takes an extra 6 or 7 steps". Very disappointed with how we were treated by front desk staff.
I regret to post this as we have had great experiences at the Pieper emergency facility. Last Friday I made an appt for my pup to be examined and treated for some issues. We waited and waited - which is understandable as they have to triage cases. When it was finally our turn, the Vet conducted the most cursory of exams and guided me to just monitor my pup. $150 and two days later the right side her face was swollen and her eye almost shut.
