It was awesome that you were open and available on a weekend. Thank you for that and your staff was friendly. The tech ( I don't have her name)that answered the phone on Saturday 7/11/26 at 11:13 pm. She helped with the urgent care appointment in Madison. Also the Veterinarian Rachel Roy was extremely attentive and helpful with my dogs situation. If you’re ever in an emergency this is the place to go. The entire staff was incredible from beginning to end. Made it a stress free visit.
Everyone was kind, caring, supportive and professional. Since it was unclear exactly what was happening with my beloved senior Siamese, I truly appreciate the level of care he was given. There was no attempt to suggest unnecessary procedures or treatments. He is back to being himself! Thank you ever so much!
Brought our dog here after he scratched his eye on a thorn bush. I called the clinic before heading there as we live 40 minutes away, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and very helpful. She was able to squeeze us in before they closed which we were very grateful for. The nurse that triaged him was very friendly and informative as well. The vet was thorough and made sure we didn’t have any questions. Great experience and saved us from a night in the ER for something minor!
I had an absolutely amazing experience during an emergency visit with my 9 year old German Shepherd, Sadie. She really struggles with vet environments, but the entire staff met her exactly where she was and handled her with so much patience, respect, and care. Yes, the visit took a bit of time but we were not dealing with a life-threatening situation, and I would happily wait three times as long for the level of compassion and attention they gave her while she was hurting.
