I came in for urgent care for my dog (evaluation and X rays) after an injury and was very happy with her care and treatment. All of the staff we dealt with (reception, tech and vet) were excellent. Everyone very kind, efficient and took extremely good care of my beloved dog.
The doctor and staff were very thorough and caring. They listened to us and explained everything we needed to know. They were so helpful. Even though it was an hour away from our home, I would definitely take my pet to this urgent care again. I wish there were more urgent care places like this around. It's hard to find good quality care when you need it for your pet in an emergency. They were all very professional and ready to assist us.
Quick action. Comprehensive care for our dog's issue. This was not an emergency but time sensitive and our vet was booked up. I'd certainly use again in that situation or for a real emergency. Staff was engaged and helpful. Our vet had terrific energy. They treated us like long time clients and not just the one-offs that we were.
My kitty wasn't eating and the team got her right in and provided amazing care. Kitty is doing great and eating like a lil piggy. Exceptional team overall! Thank you! Sense of urgency and thorough planning
Service was great. I love that I was able to book an online appointment for the urgent care. They took us back as soon as we arrived. The vet did a great job explaining everything to us.
