Not only was it convenient to have an urgent care visit available, but it was also not far away, and the staff were all so helpful! I was in panic mode, and they alleviated my worry by being professional and courteous when we were there. I am so very thankful to them for everything! I am so grateful to everyone who assisted us with this difficult situation. It was hard enough on us to be dealing with it, and they took time to listen and help without any judgment. Thank you so much! the availability and pricing was spot on!
Dr. Vail.... omg gorgeous doctor i was in love when I saw her... any who... took my baby leah... she had infection in rear limb.. chexk on her told her that she might be pregnant.. when out of her way an did a one min scan.. an found I have three baby coming.. check my baby.. an gave prescription that I. 4 day have my baby infection almost completely gone.. I'll marry her.. I mean... ill definitely recommend this vet office an doctor .. thank you doctor vail... im still in love ..🥰
Pieper Madison was the closest location when my cat got sick. My poor baby was listless and pale and wasn't acting normally. The staff at Pieper were so kind and helpful and explained that diagnostics were necessary in order to assess what was going on with Sage. I think the people who leave bad reviews probably didn't understand that the whole basis of veterinary medicine, like any medicine, is diagnosis. Honestly, I don’t know where to start. One vet that “helped”us out, i forgot her name but she had colorful hair. She was SO rude. Our dog was dying and she suggested a whole bunch of X-rays when it was clear, he just had cushing disease, and none of the stuff she insisted was necessary, actually was .Ill never forget her rudeness in this hard time. Do not recommend!!! AT ALL.
