Kathy is wonderful. Pieper really is the best travel agency this side of Buffalo. We've been using them since they were in office 722 in the Brisbane building.

Kathy has a good personality, but she does not seem business-oriented. She would speak over me during our phone calls and I wouldn’t be able to get a word in about what I wanted out of my trip. I mean share the mic ! It seemed like she was more interested in talking about her past vacations and less interested in what I wanted out of my vacation experience. She often did not answer the phone or follow-up with sending me travel information until I left her numerous emails politely asking for vacation packages to look at. Talk... read more
