This is the second time I have used this company for remodeling my kitchens in different properties. They were always on time, no added surprises, great communication and always available with a response when I had a question. I was always appreciative of them “vacuuming” when they were done, at the end of each day and they took careful consideration when moving stuff. It's been 9 months since the bathroom was installed with normal everyday use. The fan is used every time and left on for ten minutes after each shower. The floor is not water resistant and staining has begun on the ceiling downstairs. The paint on the bathroom ceiling is bulging and will have to be repaired soon. The bathroom window doesn't close and lock correctly after the work was done.
We had our master bath gutted and remodeled. This was a high level performance from start to finish. From visiting the showroom to select everything we wanted, right down to the final installation. They showed up on time and were here all day everyday until the project was complete. Friendly, hard working team that had incredible attention to detail. I highly recommend Andrew and his team without hesitation.
We cannot say enough great things about Andrew and his team! Patient, professional, kind, and talented only begin to describe our experience remodeling our kitchen this summer. There were absolutely no surprises (other than there was not one glitch and the project finished quicker than we could’ve imagined). It is without reservation that we recommend Piela for any of your home projects! We are so happy with our new kitchen!
Andrew and the entire team were wonderful! Our experience with Piela Enterprise was excellent from start to finish. It was very personalized and we are so pleased with the end product- we truly got exactly what we were looking for!
