I called to ask if they do breast exams because I found a lump in my breast and saw they offered free papsmears as apart of women's wellness visit. I got a call back from the nurse saying that they wont give me a papsmear because I have a lump in my breast and trying to tell me to go to the health department and other resources where I will have to jump through hoops. I literally just left an appointment and because I couldn't give the nurse my exact menstrual date she told me that they couldn't help me. So I told her I'm not going to sit here and argue with you. I need to speak with a different nurse. While I was waiting, I filed a complaint with HR online through email. Her name was Marty. Made my first appointment with them after finding out I was pregnant. This was the most religiously forceful and medically inappropriate experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I had very serious, very real medical concerns associated with my pregnancy to which they did not address seriously. The only medical procedure provided was a pregnancy test, they refused anything else. Their focus is entirely on whether or not you, yourself are a Christian.
