I recently purchased a Gravely Atlas JSV from Piedmont. Wonderful and handy addition to our beekeeping operation. I was having some issues with the gear shift and called for service. Left a message. They responded quickly. Instead of sending out a truck to haul it back to shop and being without it for a couple days, they came out and fixed it on-site in few minutes. Fantastic customer service. Very impressed!
