Zack never give as the quote after a week even though he knows we need the job in 3 weeks . Small project to work and the experience was terrible, also when you leave a message in the showroom never called back. Wasted time . Never again! He disappeared

I normally only write good reviews but I feel I absolutely must warn people about the horrible service we received from Piedmont Stairworks. I rearranged my travel schedule around the installation date Piedmont gave us. Then without checking with me, they cancelled our installation date about a week before and I couldn’t rearrange my schedule so I was out of town at the start of the installation.
