Very poor business etiquette. Didn't show up for the scheduled appointment time or day (they setup to start with). Came the following day. Never did receive the estimate. When I called regarding the estimate had to leave a message and still haven't heard from them. Sadly, they were recommended to me. Won't be recommended by me!!!
