Everyone at the PRFC is family! There is an Exceptional Occupational Therapist - Tara Hendrix! My family would like everyone to know about. She has from the first session our son received given 100% of her time and knowledge to make this learning adventure fun and educational. Our son has graduated on out of OT. We are truly grateful for Tara not for just doing her profession she pursued in life but taking our family in and knowing if we have questions she is still willing to answer them. Love this place and the people that work here. My daughter Mackenzie has been going here since she was 2. I would not change it. She loves her miss Sarah and mrs jo. I can't forgot the new comer mrs coutney.
My wife suffered a stroke recently and we went to PRFC for speech therapy. To say the least it was dreadful experience. They have failed to return calls more than once. Last week when we showed up at the appointed time, the therapist was not even there. She was working out of the office that day, and nobody bothered to inform us. Last Thursday i called and explained we were going to another place and requested they complete discharge papers. I just spoke to the office (its Monday) and the discharge has not been done.
