My family woke up on Sunday morning (11-24-2024) with no hot water coming from our Navien Tankless Water Heater. With little hope for immediate help, I called Piedmont Radient on Sunday morning. Twice during cold weather we've called Piedmont Radiant when our furnace stopped working, and each time they came the same day ... especially laudable considering the time of year. If you have a radiant heating system these are the people to call. Very reasonable rates. I'd give 'em 10 stars if I could.
Absolutely top notch. Went above and beyond to do repairs the week of a major holiday.
