I had an excellent experience at the Piedmont QuickCare clinic. It was thorough, fast and my provider was very kind. Would definitely recommend.
Absolute scam, went in with a sore throat and body aches and they gave me tests for the flu and strep and when both came back negative they said that I should go to an urgent care to get results because they’re not capable of determining my results. They charged me twice for the flu tests once for the strep tests and a $370 visit fee, extremely disappointed in this joke of a doctors visit I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone stay far away and go see a real doctor. Sara Keeley was our provider for our first visit to this clinic, and she made it an excellent experience. The sign in process was quick, except for not having enough time to read what I was signing because it kept timing out. There was no wait, Sara was very kind, personable, and professional, then the pharmacy provided what we needed quicker than Chick-fil-A. Impressive.
I visited Safiah V. Today and she was a life saver. She stayed for me and skipped her lunch just to help treat me. She called me prior to appointment to confirm as well which is extremely rare with clinics. Extremely professional and has alot of care for her patients
Safiah Vafaeian is a fantastic nurse!!! Super, super smart. Very knowledgeable. Very caring and kind. So happy I gave Piedmont QuickCare a chance. Highly recommend! 5/5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
