I have been seeing Dr Smith for 2 years here. He had countless last-minute cancellations and had to wait online for 20 minutes for video appts more than once because he was late. They eventually told me he was undergoing Cancer Treatments which I wish they had mentioned in the beginning so I wouldn't have been so put out about this. I am not heartless. But they are! RecommendedVery very pleased with all of my interactions with doctor and staff.
Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, he calls out of work frequently. My last FOUR visits have been cancelled at 0600 the day of my visits due to him calling in sick; often after I’ve left home for the hour long drive for a 0700 appt. This is unacceptable.

Absolute worst experience at Piedmont. They rescheduled me a total of three times for an important appointment, they would leave calls to tell me my appointment was void the day of at 5 in the morning. The front desk is incompetent at best. AVOID AT ALL COST
dr smith is a great dr when he keeps his app.
They give you appointment cards but don't actually schedule appointments. Can't see anyone even when they admit they messed up.
I was discriminated against bc I am a stay at home mother with no car while my husband works and has the car. We had an emergency situation where we needed to go out state for a family health related situation. I had no way of coming in for a quick visit therefor dr S would not write me a prescription for what I needed to get through this emergency.
