I have been seeing Dr Smith for 2 years here. He had countless last-minute cancellations and had to wait online for 20 minutes for video appts more than once because he was late. They eventually told me he was undergoing Cancer Treatments which I wish they had mentioned in the beginning so I wouldn't have been so put out about this. I am not heartless. But they are!
