If I could give 0 stars I would. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE: Yesterday was my first appointment and I will never return. Indian lady was very pleasant over the phone asking several questions to get my insurance information and was quick to get me in but once I got there I sat in the lobby while she stayed in the back room with no clients eating a snack for 15-20 minutes. A lady walked in with samples of medication and put it on her desk. No one was in the office but me and the Indian lady was in the back. I could have easily ... read more

I am not one to write reviews of people but my experience at this practice. was the worst I have ever had and we never even got past the reception desk. Dr. Praful's wife is also a psychiatrist who was on the phone with insurance companies when we arrived. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes (with no other patients in the practice) I asked her if they would be seeing my child anytime soon. She asked me if I had some place else to be and then told me that she did not need our business. She said that she would lik... read more
