As an OEM manufacturer, we expected Piedmont Plastics to stand behind the products they sell and the warranty they advertise. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. When a warranty issue came up, we were disappointed by the lack of support and unwillingness to stand behind the product. Needed a sheet of acrylic last minute for a house project and they were able to provide it for us!!! Incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and walked us through finding what we needed.
The Customer Service is stellar here. The ease of ordering our 3mm ACM with Nick was smooth. Kevin was very kind to call and inform us our boards are ready for pick-up. The fast and efficient service cutting our boards is phenomenal! Upon arrival, I walked into the office and the staff thanked us for our purchase!
