Doctor Noble and her assistant spend a great deal of time with me. The diagnosis and the treatment were exceptional. I highly recommend this practice. Very friendly and professional.
If I could give a zero I would. Completely unprofessional office. I swear I hope you do not have an emergency, because you never can get anyone on the actual phone or get a return phone call. I was notified that our physician is no longer with the practice. This was obviously a quick decision or they would not have scheduled our follow up 4 weeks out. Which means something happened. I have tried now for 2 weeks to get an appointment rescheduled. I have to wait on hold for over 20 minutes to even get the OPTION to leave a vm.... read more

My experience was fantastic. Everyone there is very nice and professional. Dr. Butala was thorough, relatable, and put me at ease. I highly recommend them.
1st appointments for myself & my son went really well but unfortunately it’s gone downhill afterwards. Hold times when you call or return calls is 10-15 minutes. Maybe you need more front desk help? And if a Dr has quit your practice instead of canceling the appt how about you schedule with a different Dr same day/time? Instead of your client having to call & go thru the 15 minute wait time or even better “ leave a name & number & we’ll call you back”. How about we both find a different dermatologist?
