Imagine trying to figure out all the issues of getting seen and scheduling an appointment just for the registration individual to be rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t even make it to the appointment because the receptionist asked me to get a referral, from my last rheumatologist, jump through all these hoops just to say we can’t schedule till next year. Then, why waste my time!? Terrible reception, terrible way to interact with a patient, I wish I had her name.

Dr Alade was thorough and pleasant. I felt valued and listened to as a patient. Most importantly, it is worthy to note that my mother just passed away. I’ve been states away for nearly 2 months. I just returned right before my follow-up appt with Dr. Alade. To say I’m a disaster, is an understatement. Dr. Alade was kind and compassionate and hugged me. She was going outside the scope of my visit and I applaud her. My heart is broken—she recognized that and went above and beyond.
