Today was my first appointment with Dr. A and he was the sweetest. He was very attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable of his profession. The office staff were very nice and professional as well.
Office staff and the doctor were very thorough and helpful. Made my visit very easy.
Dr. Aleatany is great but needs to slow down and take more time with patients. I left quite confused.
I didn't even get an appt nor will i be Making an appt with them at this point. The receptionist WAS the RUDEST RECEPTIONIST I EVER ENCOUNTERED. All I wanted to know was about a referral. I was very nice to the first receptionist. I got disconnected so I call back. When I called back the second receptionist was extremely rude accusing me of hanging up. Dr. Yaseen Alwatany was amazing, informative, encouraging, hands-on, patient, thorough and polite. He was honestly one of the best doctors I have met in a long time. Today was my first visit after waiting a year for a new rheumatologist. He was very well worth the wait and I hope to have him as my rheumatologist for a long time. The entire check-in and out process and appointment scheduling was different from others. It was quick and simple. I didn’t have to do anything.
