Worst front office of any Doctors office I’ve ever experienced in my life. Needed a clearance to move a spinal stimulator that was causing tremendous pain that landed me in the ER. Told me it would be over 2 months after I explained what was going on. Ended up having a bad infection and it ended up being the cause of pain. The ladies coulda got me in but because they didn’t like my “tone” they did it purposely . Surgeon proceeded without the release. I have been trying to call to schedule for over a month. The phone call is listing to the recording then waiting for someone to answer then disconnected been doing this forever. Maybe taking my business somewhere else would be better than dealing with these clowns.
The two young mixed girls at the front turned us away as we were doing our online check in for our appointment, the blonde hair one did nothing to help just pushed us out the door as we tried to log on our my chart, its a joke they call them a healthcare office when they turn the elderly away if they aren’t tech savvy they don’t deserve jobs when they do nothing on the front computers 06/09/26
