Made an appointment for my very first visit. Brought my vision card instead of medical. Appointment time was 11:40, I arrived at 1130 after filling out my paperwork and calling for my group @1155 I was told the Dr. had surgery and I would need to reschedule��������. No empathy or compassion at all..... I left and took my business elsewhere. Just disrespectful!
