The phone service is impossible. It seems like some ai agent that talks forever and doesn’t process anything I try to say and then it eventually hangs up.
I had a routine office visit today. I have a medical issue and use a specialist for it. But, he and Dr Aaron share info so each is aware of meds., etc. I’ve been seeing Dr Aaron for over ten years having left another, large practice where I did not feel I received personal care. Dr Aaron will talk with you and doesn’t treat you as merely a patient who knows nothing. He listens. I have no problem highly recommending Dr Aaron and the Piedmont practice.
Been going here for I believe 20 years. I’m not sure what is going on but the lack of ability to communicate and get a response to questions or a medication prescription property and in a timely manner being sent to the pharmacy has gotten so bad. I would NOT recommend this practice at the moment. Dr.Marcus has been a great doc, and I would like to think Piedmont would have higher standards, but I’m thinking the costs of healthcare have pushed Piedmont Healthcare into the ‘Buyer Beware’ category. I want to warn others about the billing issues here. My insurance covers 100% of preventive care, yet I received a lab bill that was 100% denied because the billing codes were submitted incorrectly. All that was needed was a simple code correction, but the billing department has been completely unhelpful and unable to fix it.
