This is a great place to go to if you need a (PCP) Primary Care Physician. Dr Jalessa Graham is my doctor. Her healthcare team is kind and friendly (a reflection of her) too! In this office it's all about respect and professionalism. A+
Wouldn’t recommend. I was 3 minutes late for my appointment, a sick appointment with a terrible earache & she said i would have to reschedule my appointment. 3 minutes late….. definitely looking for a new doctor. i only have had one appointment with her previously since I’m new to Atlanta.
Dr. Jalessa Jonelle Graham-Hudgins is truly the BEST primary care doctor I have ever had. She takes the time to listen, ensures she fully understands your needs, and provides the highest quality of medical care. Her attentiveness and compassion make you feel genuinely cared for and supported. I highly recommend Dr. Graham-Hudgins to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated physician who puts her patients first.
The worst service I have ever experienced in my life at a doctor office. Chiffon was very rude, unprofessional, and made me turn around right at the office. I asked for help with an insurance issue and Chiffon yelled and said she was not helping me. Chiffon was upset because she kept ignoring the insurance lady on the phone and telling me I needed a referral. I asked her can she talk to the insurance lady instead of yelling at me.
