A very professional medical office: Dr. Thompson is knowledgeable and an excellent listener and communicator, her staff is proficient and personable.
First time here and the clerk has a very rude attitude. I want be returning at all.

- Update 2 - It doesn’t get better with age… after prompting them again they finally responded via my email asking for date of birth, full name, etc. I provided this on July 8th. On July 14th, I sent a follow up email as I still hadn’t heard anything. On July 18th, a response…finally…asking for the info I had submitted 10 days prior. Swing and a miss…again. - Update 1 - Responded to their email provided in the response. 3 business days later… and no response nor acknowledgement. Seems to be the continuation of their theme.
