It was my first visit. The office staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Thompson was kind and understanding.
Dr. Patrice Thompson is a wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable, kind, sincere, and explains things clearly. The staff was also friendly and efficient. I am happy I decided to come to this practice.
I had a terrible experience with Lynn at Piedmont Physicians of Peachtree City. I arrived six minutes late for my appointment, only to be told I had to reschedule because I was supposedly ten minutes late. Meanwhile, Lynn kept me waiting because she was on the phone scheduling another patient’s appointment all the way out to December. If she had just checked me in right away instead of making me wait, I wouldn’t have been “late” by her own reasoning. I just came from California and was having a hard time finding a doctor who fit my concerns and where I felt helped so I gave up on addressing my health for the longest. I'm so glad this Doctor takes my insurance ! Everyone in this office was very kind and I felt very comfortable! Dr. Thompson was great and I'm excited to continue to have her as my primary physician.
