I am a new patient to the office. My appointment was scheduled for 9am Labs and I arrived and checked in on time. Despite this, I was not called for my Labs. I Walked to the front desk and politely ask the front desk girls if I was forgotten. She went to the back and came back saying that they would not draw my blood because I missed the time to do so. Piedmont is very good
It’s always the same two women at the check in counter when I go and they are light hearted and super sweet. Every nurse that’s ever gotten me ready to see the actual doctor has been very friendly and quick but very thorough. Then when the doctor comes in, for me, it’s usually Dr. S. Adams and I absolutely adore her. She’s so amazing.
Ms. Ashlee was tremendously awesome!!!
