The staff is pleasant and friendly, the facility is very clean and well kept. You can keep track of your visits, labs, and medications with their mobile app. It's a very modern and smoothly ran establishment. However, the doctors aren't very attentive unless you push for it. I went to at least 5 prenatal routine check ups and they last all but 3 minutes. During one appointment I explained that I was having reflux and as a result a really ugly cough. this place is terrible with answering the phone when in need of assistance. i’ve called yall phone 4 times and i’m steady being sent to voicemail.. it makes no sense.
