I have had a great experience coming here my entire pregnancy. All the doctors and nurses and reception staff have treated me well and answered my questions special shout out to Dr.Thomas & nurse Mickey aswell as Dr. Adams & Dr. cherry.
Called to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. I tried explaining my situation to her to which she was very rude and said we will be declining this call… I do not recommend this office.
I am a new patient to the office. My appointment was scheduled for 9am Labs and I arrived and checked in on time. Despite this, I was not called for my Labs. I Walked to the front desk and politely ask the front desk girls if I was forgotten. She went to the back and came back saying that they would not draw my blood because I missed the time to do so.
