Tried scheduling an appointment due to needing an adult neurologist now. I called and I told them I need an appointment they stated that they’re not accepting new patients and I told the lady on there website it states that they’re are accepting new patients. And she got very rude and with a attitude stated it says that online but I’m telling you we don’t. So don’t try and make an appointment if your a considered a new patient!!!
Very kind and understanding staff. Dr.did not rush through as I have experienced with other doctors.
Dr. Okonkwo was very patient and informative with me. She showed care and compassion along with knowledge of my situation. She is awesome!!!!
