I picked this location because it is closer to where I live. I had to find a new neurologist because mine retired. This was my first time ever hearing that the neurologist doesn't fill out disability paperwork. I called 3 or 4 times to get the neurologist to write a statement to state what he saw me for and no one ever called me back! I will never go back. I wish I could give them a zero!

Just received referral on 7/10/26 from my pcp right across the walk way from this office. Went over to schedule at 3:15pm and stood there for 24 minutes without any acknowledgement. And bald guy in black scrubs came out the private door looked at me and proceeded to walk away, no acknowledgement, no response, or urgency. He went to the restroom , came back looked around , and went back in the room. I walked to the car, called …no response! Not great for a first impression or to show you uphold patient care.

I went there today for my son's referral since no phone call response. The lady at the front desk in her early 60th short hair, was so cold to me. No compassion whatsoever. I will never put my feet in there.

My mother received a referral to this physician. My sister and I have called several times and left messages with call back numbers. No one ever answered the phone and no calls were returned. If this is any indication of how they treat their patients....no thank you.

Insanely rigid policy being held in place by a wildly incompetent staff. Hours online don’t match hours in real life, and nobody answers the phone when they “open”. Called at 8:30 with a question about my 9am appt before I arrived. Nobody answered the phone so I didn’t know if I should come or not. By the time the apathetic secretary answered the phone 5 mins before my appointment, there was a “$50 no show fee”.
