Found the office staff to be very nice. However, the main doctor is very inpersonal and made me feel like I'm nothing but a case. By end of a useless appointment I was directed to just see an assistant next with no answers or clear understanding of anything. To start for the doctor, rather than the doctor coming into the room, the staff sits you in a room, then comes and gets you to take you to another room the doctor is already in.
