Pre-registration begins in the LOBBY, with a temperature check, and a radio-ed check with the Office of your Appointment. Wait time is spent in the lobby. 6ft. spacing is observed in the Office. There should be spacing for the elevator too.
Receptionist are always rude as ever,but once you get past them things get a little better. But no one wants to do anything more than they got to...piedmont is actually clean but needs better employees who can treat people right.
Well I was going to set up an appointment for my husband to go, but the lady at the front desk has major attitude problems. She has no customer service skills at all. Skipping this place it'll only end in disaster if we actually visit.
